Every engagement runs on a written agreement signed before work starts. The terms below apply unless the signed contract says otherwise.
Кожне замовлення виконується на підставі письмового договору, підписаного до початку робіт. Наведені нижче умови діють, якщо договором не передбачено інше.
Payment methods and currency
Invoices are issued in USD (EUR on request) by Sergii Mykhailovskyi, sole proprietor, and are payable by international bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA) or via Payoneer to the account registered to the business details above.
Bank and payment details are stated on each invoice. Payment terms are net 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
How engagements are billed
Fixed-scope work (audits, feature sprints, builds) is billed 50% on signature and 50% on delivery, or per agreed milestone for larger projects. Retainers and fractional engagements are billed monthly in advance and roll month to month.
All prices are quoted net of any taxes, bank charges, or payment-processor fees, which are borne by the client where applicable.
Cancellation and refunds
Fixed-scope engagements may be cancelled in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is invoiced pro rata; any prepaid balance beyond that is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice; the current paid month is not refunded but is served in full. Because services are custom professional work, refunds are not offered for delivered and accepted work.
Delivery and ownership
Services are delivered digitally and remotely — code is pushed to the client's own repositories and infrastructure runs in the client's own accounts. No physical goods are shipped.
On full payment, all code, documentation and deliverables are the client's property. Timelines are agreed per engagement, typically 1–2 weeks for audits and 3–6 weeks for a feature sprint.
Confidentiality and data
An NDA is signed on request before project specifics are discussed. Client code, data and business plans are treated as confidential and are never reused or disclosed.
Details submitted through the contact form on this site (name, email, project description, budget range) are used only to respond to the enquiry and are never sold or shared with third parties. To have your enquiry deleted, email developers@systemforge.cloud.
Complaints and disputes
Raise any issue directly with the owner at developers@systemforge.cloud or +380 67 136 88 87 — you always deal with the person doing the work. Complaints are acknowledged within one business day and resolved in good faith.
Agreements are governed by the law of Ukraine unless the signed contract specifies another jurisdiction.
