Do you take on small projects and startups?
Yes. Engagements range from a few-day architecture review or AI proof-of-concept to a multi-month build. If a small first step lowers your risk, that’s usually where we start.
Fixed price or hourly?
Both — whichever keeps you in control. Well-defined work fits fixed-price milestones; open-ended or exploratory work fits an hourly or weekly retainer. We agree on it up front, in writing.
Can you work with my existing team and codebase?
Absolutely. I regularly join existing teams — reviewing architecture, unblocking hard problems, or owning a slice end-to-end — and adapt to your stack, workflow, and conventions rather than imposing mine.
Is the “AI integration” production-ready or just demos?
Production-ready. The interesting part of an LLM feature isn’t the prompt — it’s retrieval quality, evaluations, guardrails, cost, and latency. I build the parts that keep it reliable after the demo is over.
What timezones and languages do you work in?
Based in Odessa (EET, UTC+2), I overlap comfortably with both European and US business hours. I work in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
